We offer physician-directed wound care delivered in the home, in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and in long-term care (LTC) settings. Our team builds individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic wounds to promote faster, safer healing.
We provide mobile wound care across the Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego County. We also maintain offices in Corona and Riverside for administrative coordination.
Visits are performed by experienced wound care specialists, nurses and clinicians working under physician direction, who are specially trained in wound assessment, dressing selection, advanced therapies, and patient/family education.
We treat a broad range including pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, venous/arterial ulcers, post-surgical wounds, traumatic wounds, and slow-healing surgical sites. If you’re unsure, call and we’ll advise whether mobile wound care is appropriate.
